By seeing the popularity, this organisation is known as the “Apple” of CHINA. xiaomi has brought the revolution in the electronics market and becomes one of the growing and giant company by selling the best smartphones at low cost.
Here are the Top 5 Reasons Why Xiaomi Is So Successful-
1. No monetary advertisement-

Companies such as SAMSUNG, VIVO, OPPO, and NOKIA spends a huge amount at the advertisements and promotions of the products, whereas Xiaomi is the company which doesn’t invest more money in the ads. They only deal with the online marketing. That is why the cost required for a smartphones and gadgets advertisements is debited from the xiaomi’s product, and this is the reason we get a good xiaomi’s smartphones at low cost.
2. Flash sales-

Generally, flash sales are used to create awareness and popularity of the product. Flash sales normally boosts the sales. They normally sell the product in flash sales rather than the normal sales. they sales thousands and lakhs of mobiles in few minutes. With flash sales maintenance and storage cost of is saved, this is also one of the dominant reason for the low cost of the MI mobiles.
3. Expansion of business-

As this company headquarter situated in Beijing (China). By following global expansion as a key strategy, This company spread our market not only in China but also to the 40 markets around the world including Indonesia, Vietnam, Russia, Poland and Mexico. Xiaomi is now looking to grab the second position in the largest cellphone market. They launched there the first cellphone in August 2011, and now this company create a revolution in India’s telecommunication and electronics companies.
4. Offering low price-

This trendy company is just 6 years old. As this corp doesn’t invest in an advertisement, promotions, and marketing.they mostly sell our product through the flash sale. Many companies sell a less mobile at a higher cost of gaining a profit, but this company sales a product at low cost, by following the strategy of “sell more at a low profit”.
5. Partnership and collaboration:

They had a partnership with Qualcomm which is a giant telecommunication and equipment company. Qualcomm manufactures processors, and sell these processors to Xiaomi at a lower price. That is why we saw a Snapdragon 625 processor in note4 at just 10,000 INR and not able to see in the costly smartphones of different companies having a cost around 30,000 to 40,000 INR. This company has not collaborated with the telecommunication company but also has the powerful tie-up with the e-commerce corp such as Flipkart.
