It's been a week since Xiaomi's Mi 8 series has hit the market and it's already rumored for an early India-launch. The so-called largest launch event ever in China made Xiaomi release Mi 8, Mi 8 Explorer, Mi 8 SE and other tech products such as Mi Band 3, Mi TV 4 and Mi VR Standalone in partnership with Oculus. Recently, Beebom, a website from the retail chain has claimed that Mi 8 SE might be renamed as Mi 8i where "i" might be a hint for India.  Not stopping at it, the website also claims that the Mi Band 3 will accompany the Mi 8i launch, next month.

Before we share the price details let us review the specifications of Mi 8 SE. Powered by a Snapdragon 710 chipset, the phone is one of the very few to have this inside for the first time. Equipped with 4GB and 6GB RAM, the phone gives an internal storage of 64 GB. The phone offers a 5.88" FHD + AMOLED display with a notch. Stuffed with a 3120 mAh battery, the phone is tailormade to boast of a dual rear camera setup.

A 12MP and a 5MP sensors attached to the back, the new Mi 8i would supposedly have a 20 MP selfie shooter at the front. With an overlay of  MIUI 10, the phone will run on Android 8.1 and will be available in Blue, Red, Gold and Black variants. As far as the price tag is concerned, it will be somewhere between Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 20,000.

Embedded with a 0.78-inch round-edge OLED display, the MI Band 3 will definitely bear a  heart-rate sensor which also features fitness and activity tracking including step counting, sleep monitoring and more. It will also sport an NFC-enabled higher-end device. Just like its previous editions, this one too will get call and notification alerts but with an advantage of silencing unwanted calls. Available in orange, black and blue, Xiaomi promises to make the battery last for 20 days straight. Talking about its price, in India it will be around Rs 1,800 only.
